Since leaving university last summer, I’ve made a conscious effort to include more non-fiction in my reading. I think I’ve been doing pretty well so far, so what better way to review my non-fiction habits than by taking part in Non-Fiction November!
I came across Non-Fiction November on Rennie’s blog, What’s Nonfiction, and they’re co-hosting this blogging event alongside Katie at Doing Dewey, Sarah at Sarah’s Book Shelves, Leann at Shelf Aware, and Julie at JulzReads.
The event lasts for five weeks, starting next Monday, and each week has a blogging prompt to get everyone talking more about non-fiction. There will also be some Instagram challenges, which I won’t be taking part in because I’m a little inactive on Instagram, but if you want to join in then head over to Julie’s and Leann’s Instagrams at @julzreads and @Shelf_Aware_.
Here’s each week’s topics in brief, but you can find out more on Rennie’s announcement post or any of the co-hosts’ blogs!
Week One – Oct 28th
Your Year in Non-Fiction
Week Two – Nov 4th
Week Three – Nov 11th

Week Four – Nov 18th
Week Five – Nov 26th

I’m looking forward to talking a lot about my non-fiction faves and hopefully discovering some new books too!
